1 teaspoon base oil (you can use olive, jojoba, sunflower or sweet almond oil)
3-4 drops of lavender oil
Simply combine the carrier oil with the base oil. You can always make up a larger batch and store it in a dark glass bottle so it's ready for massage therapy at a moments notice.
